Once uniplicity|report has been set up, the report has been divided in logical elements, the workflow processes are designed and in place, users have been created, links to external data sources have been built, you do not need any external help anymore. Changes in the structures (report structure, workflow, more users, etc.) can be made easily by report owners. Although we from Uniplicity will visit you now and than to have a cup of coffee with you and to check whether you are still satisfied with the tool or to have a discussion about new desired functionality, we will not pop by to help you run the system, unless you want us to hold your hand of course when writing your reports.
