Uniplicity for Governmental Reporting

Both central and local government bodies must now adhere too to corporate accountability. A critical element is the ability to deliver sustainable information in a timely, consistent, comparable, and credible form.

Within many government organizations reporting is mostly focused on internal departmental needs. Very rarely reports are the result of inter-operability with other agencies or departments. In those case where reports are really cross-departmental, the process is slow, uncontrollable, a black box approach and often full of redundancy. Reporting processes like this would surely benefit from a real structured approach that will reduce waste, duplication and bureaucracy, and therefore will enable accurate and timely reporting.

Using uniplicity|report to the governmental reporting process streamlines the overall process, eliminates many redundancies and enhances data consistency. And also important, data quality and usefulness will increase. Uniplicity standardizes the communication during a report-building process and avoids much of time and cost associated with the gathering, manipulating, correcting, misinterpreting and manually re-entering of information.

Inherent benefits of this approach include: consistency, reuse of report elements in other reports, an optimized and efficient reporting process and visibility of the completeness of the reporting process to ensure timely reporting.

Many governmental organizations are using Uniplicity to increase their operational reporting efficiency.
